This online questionnaire will gather information about your education and career experiences, interests, and plans.
This is a voluntary assessment. You have the right to answer any, all, or none of the questions. However, the more questions you answer, the better your counselor or advisor will be able to assist you.
Most students complete the questions in 20 minutes or less. It is extremely important that you think carefully about your answers to each of the questions. Your answers will help your counselor or advisor know what kind of help you need to reach your goals.
To begin, click "Next (About You)." Click "Next" at the bottom of each page to save your answers and move to the next section.
If you decide later that you want to change a response or to remove your record from the system, you may do so by going to connext.intocareers.org and selecting the appropriate option in the student menu.
When you're done with all of the sections, click "Save/Submit/Print" at the bottom of the last page of the form. In addition to your counselor or advisor, you will be able to send your results to yourself and others for whom you provide an email address.
